1. Our services
Grid-04.com designs landing pages for businesses. By booking or paying for our services, you agree to these terms. Our standard package may includes:
- Signup form
- FAQ and testimonials section
- Booking integration
- Poll
- Promo code signup
- Mobile-friendly design
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions
- 1 year of hosting and domain (renewal optional)
Anything outside this list is quoted and agreed separately before we start.
2. Payment
Full payment is due once your order is confirmed, and work begins after we receive it. We accept PayPal, PayNow, and PayLah. Fees charged by payment providers are not covered by us.
3. Revisions
Your package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. A round is one combined set of changes sent to us together. Changes beyond the original scope, or additional rounds, may be quoted separately. Please send your feedback within 7 days of each delivery. If we don’t hear back, we’ll send up to 2 reminders over the following 14 days. If there is still no response, we may pause the project, and we reserve the right to close it after 30 days without a response. Closed projects are handled in line with section 5, and restarting may be subject to our availability and a restart fee.
4. Hosting and domain
Your package includes 1 year of hosting and a domain. Renewal after that is optional. We’ll remind you before it expires, and renewal fees will be shared at that time.
If hosting or a domain is not renewed, your page may go offline and the domain may be released. Please keep a copy of any content you want to retain.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Our services are generally non-refundable.
For cancellation requests, we may review them individually where appropriate. Any decision on a refund is made at our discretion.
Hosting, domains, and subscription services are non-refundable once they have been set up, as they involve costs paid to third parties.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You agree to provide the text, images, and other materials required for the project based on the agreed timeline, and to confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for your content and for following the laws that apply to your business, including those on privacy, advertising, and promotions. Delays in receiving your materials may affect the project timeline.
Your landing page may rely on third-party tools such as email, payment, or booking services. These are provided by others and have their own terms, and we can’t control their availability or changes.
7. Ownership
Once full payment is received, you own the final design and content made for your landing page. Third-party tools, themes, and plugins stay under their own licenses. Unless you let us know otherwise, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
8. Limits of liability
We take pride in our work and aim to deliver a reliable landing page. Because results depend on many factors outside our control, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes such as signups, bookings, or sales, or that your page will be free from any technical error or interruption.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities. If a problem arises, please contact us first, and we’ll work with you in good faith to resolve it.
9. Ending the agreement
Either of us may end the agreement by giving written notice. Refunds, if any, are handled as described in section 5.
We may pause or end our services if payment is not received, if materials needed to continue are not provided, or if your page is used for unlawful or harmful purposes.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
As our services evolve, we may refine these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and changes don’t affect work already confirmed unless we agree otherwise.
